Dr. William Marty is a certified medical examiner registered with the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration).
Physical examination is required for any driver who operates a vehicle with a combined gross weight of over 10,000 pounds, transports hazardous materials and or operates a vehicle transporting over eight passengers.

- Must have a valid drivers license and present it at the time of the exam.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- The examination must be done at least every two years depending on the health of the driver.

- The examination must be done at least every two years depending on the health of the driver.
- Drivers with a hypertension diagnosis with controlled blood pressure and non-insulin dependent diabetics, can only be certified for one year.

The cost of the exam is $70.
Dr. Marty will schedule exams quickly.
Payment in the form of cash, check or credit card is required the day of the exam. Medical insurance does not cover the cost of these exams.
